De Anza Auto Repair

I came in to get my car serviced, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuine. They were upfront and helpful throughout the whole process, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure I understood what was being done with my car. They even gave me a discount, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you come across a business where you can genuinely feel that the people care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back for any future work my car needs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and friendly service. It’s refreshing to have such a positive experience, and I’m grateful I chose to come here!

I recently had the brake pads and rotors replaced on my 2025 Volkswagen Jetta at De Anza Auto Repair, and I had a great experience. The team was professional, honest, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They explained the repairs clearly and made sure everything was done right. My Jetta drives smoothly and the braking performance feels excellent after the service. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding throughout the process. I highly recommend De Anza Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto service. Thank you for taking great care of my car!

I came here for a wheel alignment for the first time; they welcomed me warmly and got to work right away. The service was fast and reasonably priced. ✅☺️

Great experience. Friendly staff. Professional service. Punctual and clear communication. They don't try to aggressively have you buy parts or services from them. They not only addressed the main issue, they also found a coolant leak that turned out to be the water pump broke down. Turned out my dealership "missed" it during my regular maintenance 3 weeks ago. I will bring my suv to De Anza Auto for regular maintenance from now on.

They were helpful, efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. They gave me a thorough report on my Boxster. This was included in the oil change. I appreciate that they have experience with my Boxster and the fee was very reasonable.
